🛒 Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are made to order.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel or update it.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
This is normal shortly after shipping. Please allow 1–2 days for updates.
If tracking still hasn’t updated after that, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

What if my order is lost in transit?
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
We’ll investigate the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to find a solution.

📦 Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit.
We recommend comparing the chart measurements with a similar item you already own before ordering.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to offer free size exchanges for incorrect selections.
However, we’re happy to offer a discount on a replacement order — just reach out to us!

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products, including incorrect size or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’re very sorry if this happens! If your item is damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the shipping label
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Do I need to return damaged items?
In most cases, returns are not required. We’ll let you know if a return is necessary.

🏠 Address Issues
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address.
Once production starts, address changes are no longer possible.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We accept all major credit cards and any payment options displayed at checkout.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
